Agreement

These terms apply to your use of kisolperformance.com, operated by Ki-Sol Performance LLC ("we", "us", "Ki-Sol Performance"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

What this website is

This website provides information about our mobile electrical diagnostics, ECU programming and coding, and related work on BMW and Mini (2010 and newer) and Rolls-Royce (2007 and newer) cars in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do not do body work.

Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have replied with next steps and agreed a time with you.

Diagnostic fee

A diagnostic visit is $200 flat. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is counted toward it. The fee is the same whether or not the visit finds the fault. If a case needs more time or teardown than a standard diagnostic, we tell you before doing it and agree on a price first.

Estimates and approval

We show you what we found and quote the repair before it begins. No repair work is carried out until you have approved it.

Warranty

Twelve months on the specific point of failure repaired. For coding, retrofits and DME unlock: if the work does not take within 30 days and nothing else was done to the car or that module meanwhile, we make it right at no charge.

Website content

Everything on this website, including the descriptions of services, symptoms, fault codes, models and parts and the work log, is general information. It is not a diagnosis of your car and does not guarantee that a symptom or fault code means a particular fault, or that a particular repair will fix it. Only an inspection of your car can establish what is wrong with it.

Prices and service descriptions on the website can change. We confirm the price for your car before work begins.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send false or misleading information, to send spam, or to interfere with its operation or security.

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website belongs to Ki-Sol Performance and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce are trademarks of their owners. Ki-Sol Performance is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by BMW AG.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content. This section covers the website only. It does not limit our responsibility for repair work, which is governed by what we agree with you for that work and by applicable law.
