Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information Ki-Sol Performance LLC ("we", "us", "Ki-Sol Performance") collects through kisolperformance.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Ki-Sol Performance is a mobile BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce electrical and diagnostics service based in San Mateo, California.
Information we collect
Booking and contact form. When you send a request through the form we receive what you type into it: your name, a phone number or email address, the car (model and year) if you give it, and your description of what the car is doing.
Email, calls and texts. If you email [email protected], or call or text (760) 213-4631, we receive your message and your contact details.
Technical data. Our network provider and servers handle your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so that the site can be delivered and protected. The form also reads the IP address of a request, in server memory only, to limit repeated submissions; it is not saved with your request.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your request, to arrange and carry out a diagnostic visit or repair, to quote and bill the work, and to keep records of it. When you give an email address in the form, we send a confirmation to it. We also use technical data to keep the site working and to protect it from spam and abuse, and analytics data, described below, to understand how the site is used.
Where it is stored and who handles it
Form submissions are stored in a database on a server that we control, located in the United States (Oracle Cloud). Notification and confirmation emails are sent through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Email Delivery. Email sent to our address passes through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare also delivers this website and protects it from abusive traffic.
These providers handle information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
This site does not set advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may use technical cookies or similar signals to protect it from abusive traffic.
If you choose a light or dark display, your browser stores that choice in its local storage on your device. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and site performance. It does not use cookies.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets analytics cookies in your browser (their names begin with _ga). It reports to Google, for example, the pages viewed, your approximate location, your device and browser, and actions such as submitting the form, tapping a phone number or tapping a booking button. We do not send names, phone numbers or email addresses to it, and we do not use Google's advertising features. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics does not set cookies. You can also block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on. You can accept or decline these cookies in the cookie notice, and change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics runs without cookies for that visitor. Because we do not sell or share personal information, that signal has no other effect on how we handle your information.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and for the shop's records of the work. When that is no longer the case, or when you ask us to delete them and no exception applies, we delete them.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you these rights: to know what personal information we have collected about you, from where, why, and with whom we disclose it; to request a copy of it; to delete it; to correct it if it is inaccurate; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. You will not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
In the past 12 months the personal information we collected falls into these categories: identifiers (name, phone number, email address, IP address); the details you give us about your car and its problem; and internet activity such as the pages viewed.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will ask you to confirm details you gave us in your request so that we can match it to your information, and we will answer within the time California law allows. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
